Account Setup

Go to the registration page and enter your username, mobile number, carrier, real email, and password. Then click Register.

Your real email is used for password resets, account recovery, and email reminders.

Yes. You can update your profile anytime from your dashboard.

SMS & Email Reminders

Reminders are sent through both email and your carrier’s email‑to‑SMS gateway. You will receive a text message and an email for each scheduled dose.

  • Double‑check your mobile number
  • Try selecting a different carrier
  • Ensure your phone can receive SMS messages
  • Some carriers delay email‑to‑SMS messages — wait 1–2 minutes
  • Try sending another test message

Your carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Medication Tracker does not charge for SMS delivery.

Refill Notifications

When you enter a refill date and reminder window, the system automatically sends a refill notification by email and SMS when it’s time to refill your medication.

  • Your refill date may not be within the reminder window yet
  • Your refill reminder days may be set to 0
  • Your refill date may be missing
  • You may have already been notified
  • Your carrier may have delayed the SMS
Medication Management

From your dashboard, click Add Medication and enter the name, dosage, schedule, refill date, and any notes.

Intake logs track when you take or miss a dose. These logs help you review your medication history and stay consistent.

Yes. The system automatically cleans old logs, and admins can manually clean them using the maintenance tools.

Doctor Appointments

Click Add Appointment from your dashboard and enter the doctor’s name, date, time, and notes.

Your next upcoming appointments appear on your dashboard under Upcoming Doctor Appointments.

Exporting Data

Yes. You can export your medication list as a CSV file or print it as a PDF.

Privacy & Security

Your data is private and only visible to you. Admins can access limited information for support and maintenance.

Yes. Contact support or use the account deletion option in your profile settings.
